Booking & Cancellation Policy

For those paying by payment plan, your first payment will be taken at sign up, the second payment invoiced April 25, and the third payment invoiced May 25. By signing up you agree to share your contact details with, and receive communications from Prune Harris Ltd. with the option to unsubscribe at any point. In the event that a videographer or photographer is present you agree to be photographed, the footage of which may be used for promotional materials for Elementals and/or Prune Harris Ltd. In the event that you are not able to attend after booking your place, the cancellation policy is as follows: - Cancellation before April 14th, 50% refund, cancellation after April 14th, no refund - Cancellation requests should be emailed to elementalswisdom@gmail.com. - Eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (and currency). Please note that any currency fluctuations that occur between the time of payment and the refund cannot be compensated for. - Bookings are for the stated period of the event. There are no refunds for an unused portion of your attendance. - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the cost of the event. - Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
